What is the Bak Lam Athletic Association
Founded in 1998, the Bak Lam Athletic Association began with just one school in Greenville, North Carolina, which was later relocated to Barrie, Ontario Canada. Over the years the Bak Lam has been a gathering place of many talented and respected martial artists, and martial arts styles such as Genkido Kempo, Bai Lin Chuan, Taijiquan, Liuhebafa and more.
Since 2013 we have held study groups in the arts of Ngo Cho Kun (Five Ancestor Fist) and Zhong Xin Dao / I Liq Chuan. The Bak Lam also hosts the Genkidokan, which is the Hombu Dojo for the art of Genkido Kempo which was founded by the late GM Glenn Kwan.
We hold classes for children, teens, and adults. Private lessons are also available.
