White Forest Martial Arts is central Ontario's leading martial arts school for world-class Education and Instruction. Specializing in both Japanese and Chinese Martial Arts, we offer the highest possible education in the arts of Kempo, Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qigong, Meditation and Weaponry.

At White Forest Martial Arts, students are exposed to the integration of over 5000 years of martial arts, healing arts, and meditative studies.

Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays. Junior classes are from 6:30-7:30 pm, and Adult Classes are from 7:30-9:30 pm.

Located inside the Emma King Public School at 383 Cundles Street West, we also have affiliate locations in Janetville, Lindsay, London, Windsor & Amhurstburg Ontario.
